Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation partnerships with Fortune 500 tech leaders and academic institutions
- Manage a $2M+ innovation portfolio and R&D resource allocation
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
