Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for quantum-biological interfaces
- Architect ethical AI governance systems for autonomous systems
- Present breakthrough innovations to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialized researchers and engineers
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships and grants
- Publish whitepapers in top-tier scientific journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Biotech, or AI with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: molecular engineering, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Experience leading $5M+ R&D budgets
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
