Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on global tech disruptors and paradigm shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on future-focused R&D initiatives
- Build and manage a $50M innovation portfolio for emerging markets
- Author white papers on ethical AI deployment and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futurism, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech innovation roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products to market
- Published thought leader in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Strong network with DARPA and EU Horizon Europe researchers
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
