Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect strategic roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech verticals (neuromorphic computing, bio-digital interfaces)
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and establish future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech or business strategy publications
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, backcasting)
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Studies
