Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and cross-industry research
- Develop quantitative forecasting models for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead stakeholder workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready solutions
- Produce executive briefings on emerging risks/opportunities in climate-tech and neurotech
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
- Oversee publication of Horizon Dynamics' annual 'State of 2026' report
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent domains
- Experience with collaborative foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
