Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging disruptors and opportunities

- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or equivalent
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in AI/ML impact assessment and exponential technology forecasting
