Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and decision-making
- Present compelling narratives to stakeholders, investors, and boards about future opportunities and risks
- Establish innovation frameworks and methodologies to embed future-thinking across the organization
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological indicators affecting long-term strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to challenge assumptions and co-create future-state solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives or thought leadership publications
