- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Partner with product teams to integrate future scenarios into development roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging megatrends
- Champion innovation culture through workshops and future literacy programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
