Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a long-term vision roadmap for 2026, aligning with company objectives.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to integrate future-focused insights into current projects.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including the executive team and board of directors.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative thinking across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Build and maintain relationships with thought leaders, industry experts, and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, biotechnology, etc.) and their potential impact.
- Experience with foresight methodologies such as scenario planning and trend analysis.
