Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop predictive models for market disruption scenarios across 5 key industries
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in exponential technologies and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformative strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning software)
