Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop evidence-based strategic frameworks for long-term innovation roadmaps and market positioning
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future scenarios and adaptation strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations translating complex trends into actionable insights
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Maintain competitive intelligence networks and thought leadership platforms in emerging technology domains
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing architectures and user experience paradigms
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-back strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFIP) or equivalent professional credentials
- Experience with futures simulation tools and data-driven trend analysis platforms
