Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework for global enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce strategic white papers and trend reports that influence C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with $10M+ innovation budgets
- Present findings at Davos-level summits and patent breakthrough methodologies
- Mentor a team of futurists while establishing new industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (demonstrated via patents/IP)
- Expertise in at least three of: AI governance, climate tech, neuro-interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature Futures, HBR)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Fluency in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience advising Fortune 100 executives on 5+ year strategic horizons
