Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Author high-impact futurist reports published in MIT Technology Review and Wired
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives at Davos-level global forums
- Mentor a team of junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning Framework
- Establish thought leadership through TEDx talks and industry keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent discipline
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AGI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., STEEP, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with quantum computing or synthetic biology research
- Top 5% performance in certified futurist programs (AFS/ACF)
