Responsibilities

- Architect multi-year roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder communications on future scenarios
- Quantify market impacts and ROI for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence)
- Partner with R&D to incubate 2026-ready solutions and competitive moats
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and cross-functional alignment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience leading global teams and multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
