Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and business models
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive analytics for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain an emerging technology radar covering AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Design behavioral science interventions for future-proofing organizational culture and talent strategies
- Represent the firm at global futurist forums and publish in leading industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) strongly preferred
