Responsibilities

- Design and execute strategic foresight initiatives using Delphi methods and trend analysis
- Develop quantitative/qualitative frameworks for future scenario modeling
- Champion innovation workshops with R&D, product, and leadership teams
- Author executive briefs on emerging risks and opportunities in automation and AI ethics
- Manage portfolio of future-focused pilot projects with $5M+ budgets
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Track record of influencing C-suite decisions with future-focused insights
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-strategy implementations
