Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute 2026 strategic roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Design predictive models to assess market disruption opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers and thought leadership on 2026 technology and societal trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, advanced automation) and societal drivers
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology proficiency
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy preferred
