Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) into market-ready innovations
- Produce high-impact trend analysis reports and executive briefings on disruptive forces shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Architect organizational resilience strategies for technological discontinuities and black swan events
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and innovation ecosystems
- Mentor next-generation futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory intelligence across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or executive technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies that generated measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, nanotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Professional certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF, CFP) or equivalent practical experience
