Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to co-create future-state strategies
- Author quarterly foresight reports disseminated to 500+ enterprise clients
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, AR/VR 2.0) for commercial viability
- Design and test speculative prototypes using our in-house immersive lab facilities
- Represent 2026 at global innovation summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and ethical innovation principles
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Assessment, or related field
- Proven track record of developing commercialized future roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and weak signal analysis
- Published author in futurist publications or peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with neurotech, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
