Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, macroeconomic trends, and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future vision and implementation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations translating complex trends into opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure future-readiness and strategic adaptability
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of continuous innovation across the organization
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Experience with strategic planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
