Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ tech adoption across verticals
- Analyze emerging quantum computing, AI, and biotech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for technological disruptions
- Produce annual innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for R&D initiatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development cycles
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in futurism
- Mentor junior strategists on predictive modeling and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech domains
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS) or equivalent analytical frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology for trend forecasting
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term technology strategy implementations
