Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, analyzing emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and business opportunities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate innovation cycles and patent-protected breakthroughs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry disruptors
- Champion future-ready organizational design and talent development strategies
- Present compelling vision narratives to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field preferred

- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making approach
