Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead client workshops on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Author high-impact foresight reports published in industry journals
- Design and implement AI-powered forecasting models for market evolution
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with Fortune 500 partners
- Present to C-suite executives and board members on future scenarios
- Mentor junior futurists and manage research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of publishing industry-defining trend reports
- Expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrices)
