Responsibilities

- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptive innovations with 3-year impact windows
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (neurotech, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, designers, and domain experts
- Present strategic futures at global forums like World Economic Davos and TechCrunch Disrupt
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track industry transformation metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier business media
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, weak signal detection)
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (STELLA, Causal Layered Analysis, Python trend libraries)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology transitions
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Portfolio of 3+ major industry transformation projects with measurable outcomes
