Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, neuro-interfaces) through quantitative modeling and qualitative foresight
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions in biotech, quantum computing, and decentralized economies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with CTOs and Chief Sustainability Officers to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports for executive boards with visualized predictive analytics
- Architect innovation pipelines for emerging markets and demographic shifts
- Advocate for ethical frameworks in next-generation automation and augmentation technologies
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Foresight (minimum 8 years experience)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex scenarios to non-technical executives
