Responsibilities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market transformations
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-state adoption strategies
- Identify disruptive business models and competitive disruptors
- Design resilience protocols for systemic black swan events
- Mentor junior futurists using horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Experience facilitating executive-level foresight workshops
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence
