Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 5-10 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author high-impact trend reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize innovation investments in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech
- Advose executive leadership on market positioning and competitive advantage strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
