Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients in emerging markets
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Produce actionable insights reports and future-state architecture blueprints
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects from concept to prototype
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
