Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and Delphi methodologies
- Architect scenario-planning models for quantum computing applications and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Produce executive-level trend reports on climate-tech disruption and AI governance evolution
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Design and implement innovation KPIs to measure future-readiness across business units
- Present foresight findings to the Board of Directors and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech ecosystems
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or D3.js
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA or AC/SCIP preferred)
