Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies with market potential
- Present future trend briefings to executive leadership and board members with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate cutting-edge research adoption
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives to embed future-readiness across all business units
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing company-wide investment and talent acquisition priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP from APF) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational transformation
