Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, biotech, and climate tech specialists
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 partners
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Curate and host global futurist summits with industry luminaries
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and investor pitches
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or advanced R&D
- Published thought leadership in exponential technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic modeling tools
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and sustainable development frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for executive and public audiences
- Fluency in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
