- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and geopolitical domains
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks and future scenario models
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings and trend reports for leadership
- Champion emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Integrate foresight insights into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
