Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon 2026' strategic foresight reports identifying disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations
- Lead cross-functional 'Innovation Sprints' to prototype and validate future-facing products and services
- Design and implement corporate foresight frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and Board of Directors with quantified impact projections
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Develop patentable IP for emerging market opportunities with potential $500M+ revenue impact
- Create executive education programs on future literacy for Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with Fortune 500/Global 1000 experience
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact future scenarios that influenced $100M+ business decisions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with innovation focus
- Expertise in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, Palantir) and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications on disruptive technologies
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents with diverse stakeholder management
- Proficiency in futures literacy frameworks (e.g., causal layered analysis, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successfully commercialized future-focused innovations
