Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030

- Facilitate future-back scenario planning workshops with Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Author white papers and thought leadership frameworks for industry conferences
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish quantitative KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial value
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation implementations
