- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms and ethical technology adoption
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design immersive foresight workshops for executive teams and key stakeholders
- Quantify strategic opportunities using predictive modeling and market simulation tools
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Analysis, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing actionable future-state frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Proficiency in trend analysis platforms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, custom AI tools)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or strategic impact
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
