Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map technology trajectories through 2026
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight models for emerging markets
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Author strategic whitepapers on AI ethics and societal impact
- Build and manage a global network of future-focused industry experts
- Present findings to C-suite and board members with data-driven narratives
- Advise product teams on long-term technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
