You'll lead high-stakes scenario planning, partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate DNA, and pioneer methodologies that turn future uncertainty into competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-horizon strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 technology convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce executive-grade trend briefings and disruption threat assessments
- Establish proprietary scenario planning models for emerging domains (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Curate and lead the Future Vanguard executive think tank
- Drive commercialization of patented innovation pathways
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and global foresight forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related discipline
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, weak signal detection, and backcasting
- Deep fluency in at least two exponential technology domains
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing initiatives with measurable ROI
- Global network of innovation ecosystem stakeholders
