Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends and geopolitical shifts to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for emerging markets and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author forward-looking white papers and strategic briefs for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Monitor emerging startups and academic breakthroughs with disruptive potential
- Present strategic foresight findings at industry conferences and board meetings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
