Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze global megatrends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to inform 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Develop actionable foresight frameworks through scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Present future-state visions to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive organizational adoption of innovation methodologies and future-ready culture initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership within tech/enterprise environments
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized products or market entries
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, weak signal analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization mastery for complex concepts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive innovation and market disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation initiatives
