- Author thought leadership publications on future-proof business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity
- Represent Nexus at global futurism conferences and think tanks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- CFP (Certified Futurist) designation preferred
