- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps
- Coordinate with R&D teams to integrate future-ready innovations
- Present executive briefings on paradigm shifts and disruption vectors
- Build scenario planning models for geopolitical and market volatility
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work and digital transformation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CSO)
- Portfolio published in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
