Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop robust future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on emerging technology implications
- Create innovation frameworks to transform foresight into R&D priorities
- Produce thought leadership content for industry conferences and publications
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational foresight maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with futurist focus
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into narratives
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis platforms
- Portfolio of published future-focused research or strategic frameworks
- Strong network with innovation labs and research institutions
