Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities and threats in 2026+ business landscapes
- Produce high-impact research reports on disruptive technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their commercial implications
- Adv executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in global markets and regulatory environments
- Design innovation pipelines integrating exponential technologies into existing business models
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia, government, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and C-suite executives with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience facilitating executive workshops with C-level stakeholders across diverse industries
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight certification program)
