Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Develop 2026+ scenario models and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with global innovation teams
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Identify partnership opportunities with emerging tech startups
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing solutions
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
