- Develop comprehensive future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Deliver high-impact trend briefings and thought leadership content to internal stakeholders
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing future scenario models and trend analysis frameworks
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience briefing C-level executives and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology strategy, or innovation journals
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
