Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends across 15+ emerging sectors
- Design strategic innovation frameworks that align R&D investments with market evolution
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven narratives
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate breakthrough startups into our ecosystem
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, innovation strategy, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/tech scale
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions with 85%+ accuracy (provide case studies)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Published author or speaker at Davos, CES, or equivalent tier-1 innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on at least three major industry transformations
