Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital economies to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making and product roadmapping
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and innovation priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for internal and external audiences
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate prototype solutions for 2030 market readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
