Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligning emerging tech (AI, quantum, bioengineering) with business objectives
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership publications
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Advise on investment decisions in emerging technologies and startups
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of 2026 tech trends: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in innovation/futurism journals
