Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems using scenario planning and predictive analytics
- Conduct ethnographic research and trend forecasting across global markets
- Architect innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in human-centered design and agile innovation methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, R&D, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with portfolio of published foresight reports
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic transformation and disruption readiness
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, CFP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on product roadmaps or policy frameworks
