Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed futurist insights into corporate strategy
- Manage incubation programs for emerging technologies (2026 focus: AGI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Present trend forecasts to investors, partners, and industry coalitions
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead global research teams analyzing socioeconomic impacts of technological shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech trends
- Strong data modeling and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation strategy
- MBA or advanced degree in technology/strategic foresight preferred
